PK-12 Career Readiness
Belton ISD Career readiness is a journey that begins in pre-kindergarten and continues through 12th grade, ensuring each and every student experiences meaningful opportunities to explore, acquire, sustain, and advance in their chosen career field. From an early age, we spark curiosity through experiential learning, career exposure, and problem-solving experiences that build a strong foundation for academic and personal growth.
As students progress, they engage in deeper exploration through Career & Technical Education (CTE), Advanced Academics, and MCJROTC, gaining essential skills, industry knowledge, and leadership experience. By high school, students have access to advanced placement coursework, industry-based certifications, internships, and real-world training, empowering them to graduate with confidence and a clear path forward. In Belton ISD, we believe career readiness isn’t just about the destination—it’s about fostering a lifelong journey of curiosity, discovery, aspiration, and success.
