Service-based learning guidelines:

  • Projects and services should align with instruction and support student learning

  • Projects and services should be student driven and teacher checked

  • Funds charged for projects and services will be deposited into the aligned student activity account to support continued experiential learning for students
  • All projects and services should have an approved BISD service-based learning agreement in place before work begins
