CTE Student Organizations
Student organizations (CTSOs) serve an important role in the educational experience of BISD CTE students. These organizations enhance the learning curriculum thus adding to the knowledge, skills, and employability readiness students learn in their CTE courses.
Benefits of CTSOs include:
- Developing and deepening relationships
- Learning and utilizing teamwork

- Developing interpersonal and networking skills
- Improving self-esteem and self-confidence
- Establishing a sense of accomplishment
Through CTSO experiences, students have the opportunity to compete at district, region, state, and national levels.
