MCJROTC

Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (MCJROTC) stands as one of three pillars within Belton ISD’s Career Readiness Department, known as Belton Career Builders, alongside Career & Technical Education (CTE) and Advanced Academics. Through a structured blend of leadership development, academic enrichment, and physical fitness training, MCJROTC empowers students with the skills and discipline necessary for success in both military and civilian careers. It is leadership in action—preparing students for service, scholarship, and success. Simply put, MCJROTC builds character, confidence, and career readiness.

The vision of BISD Career Readiness is to foster a spirit of curiosity and career exploration, ignite aspirations, and empower each and every student to envision and shape their future. Within this framework, MCJROTC cultivates a leadership continuum that engages students in personal growth, teamwork, and service, emphasizing responsibility, resilience, and respect.
